Fiskateers ORANGE Blog Hop

Welcome to the Third Annual Fiskateers ORANGE Blog Hop!  If you're hopping along, you should have come from Pamela #8040.  (If you are joining us in the middle, go to to start from the beginning.)

Today we are celebrating Fiskars' signature color, ORANGE.  Almost everyone is familiar with Fiskars' famous orange-handled scissors, but Fiskars makes so many other wonderful products for crafting, sewing, gardening, and more.  Each stop along our Hop will feature different Fiskars' products with a big helping of ORANGE!

Here is what I made:

In the spirit of fall (and the orange blog hop), I made a fall card using the Scalloped Sentiment Border Punch, Grass Border Punch and a 2009 Seasonal Pumpkin Squeeze Punch.

For more information about Fiskars and the Fiskateer program, you can go to   Now, hop along to the next stop!  Beryl M #6388

Gathering Preview

I am so excited to be putting on my first home gathering as a Close to my Heart Consultant! I've had book parties, I've hosted a lot of parties, but this is the first one I'll be responsible for making crafts and teaching others. I'm so excited and I have so much to share.

Here is a preview of what we are making :)

All Fall Themed: Cupcake Liner (cut at 2" on the cricut using Artiste), cupcake topper (cut with Art Philosophy) and fall card featuring the September Stamp of the Month and burlap!

I'm so excited for this event!!

World Cardmaking Day!

In Celebration of World Cardmaking Day, I am having fun with the Fiskateers, creating and crafting cards and other paper crafting projects!!!

One challenge is to make a Halloween themed card. Here's the card I made this morning using Close To My Hearts Moonlight Patterned paper and Artiste Cricut Cartridge to cut the "Boo!":
Sticking with that theme, I got inspired to make a 3d coffin using Artiste as well.

Another challenge was to make a card in a non-standard shape - no rectangles or squares.  I made this card with Artiste as well. It's my "The Office" themed card. Question: do you think this card accurately resembles Dwight Schrute?

Updated 8:50pm:
Group of Thank you cards that coordinate using the Flirty Collection from CTMH. Simple and took me about 10 minutes to do!

I'm having so much fun crafting today! Stay tuned! There will be more to share!
